The family room was spacious enough for our kids, and the staff were genuinely friendly. We enjoyed exploring Jersey, especially learning local history on a paddle trip that was both fun and insightful. The gym and pool were great too, even if we couldn't use them much.

My wife says that the breakfast selection needs improvement.

the room service at best western was impressive, with timely and professional staff. the food was outstanding and beautifully presented, making our meals a delightful experience. plus, it’s just a short walk to the town center (convenient for shopping)!

Comfortable beds made for great rest, but traffic noise was bothersome at night.

I recently stayed at Best Western Royal Hotel for two nights in a Standard Single Room. The location was really convenient, with a grocery store just 100 yards away and the pedestrian shopping area within a short walk. The housekeeping did a great job every day, keeping the room spotless. the information upon check-in was lacking. I had to ask about the parking and directions to my room. Breakfast left much to be desired. The room for breakfast was dimly lit and felt a bit gloomy. The cold beans I had were very disappointing, and drink service felt slow. I had to get my own orange juice because no one had come around. Another downside was the stiff door to my room that made it hard to open. I also noticed that plates left by cleaning staff sat in the hallway until the next day. There wasn't any sweetener for my hot drinks, which was a bit frustrating. Noise from the busy road kept creeping in, not ideal for a restful stay.
